Dear parent/carer,

Miss Rooney will be holding parents/carers evenings in school on the week commencing 13th March 2023 for all pupils in 3R. I strongly encourage as many parents and carers as possible to attend. The session will allow Miss Rooney to update you on your child’s progress so far this school year. It is also a great opportunity to ask any questions that you may have. The sessions are approximately 8 minutes long and you can now book your time slot on the Arbor Parent Portal App.

The times available to book are shown below:

Monday 13th March: 1.30pm to 4.30pm or

Thursday 16th March: 3.30pm to 6.30pm

To book an appointment on the Arbor Parent Portal App please follow the steps below: 1. Log into the Arbor Parent Portal App (choose our school and enter your password if prompted)

2. Once you are logged in, click on the heading ‘Guardian Consultations’ and select the one titled ‘3R Parent's Evening March 2023’.

3. Then click on the ‘Meetings’ section

4. Choose a time and day from the drop down menu to book your appointment

Once you have booked your appointment you will receive an email confirmation. If you have any problems booking your appointment please contact the school office on 01709 710574 and ask for Mrs Turton.

If you feel you have something significant that needs to be discussed and are concerned about the timescale, please contact Miss Rooney directly and make alternate arrangements for another time. Please be aware that this might not always be possible at the time that suits you best as teachers can’t come out of class during the day on a normal week due to teaching commitments and any meeting will likely need to happen before or after school.
