We are really excited to announce that we have arranged for a member of staff from ‘History to Life’ to visit school on Friday the 9th of October to lead a 'Stone Age - Iron Age Day' for the Year 3 children which we know will be a fantastic learning experience!

During the Stone Age Day, the children will be provided with first-hand opportunities to learn about life in the Stone Age.  They will be able to handle Stone Age artefacts, play games and complete a series of craft and role-play activities, including making mirrors and using charcoal to create cave paintings. The children will be working in groups and the groups will be rotated so that every child has a chance to try every activity. It will be a fun-filled day!
