In our Science lesson this week, we explored light and dark. We found out that dark is the absence of light and if there are no light sources, it will be dark.

We went into our sports hall store room. The first thing we noticed was that there was only one light source in there... the light bulbs. We also found out that there were no windows so light couldn't be reflected in from another light source. When we turned off the lights... It went completely dark, and we couldn't see any objects or the hands in front of us. We then found out that we could see a little bit when a phone torch was put on, but it wasn't as strong as the main lights.
