This week the children focussed on breaststroke in their swimming lessons. The complicated stroke did not deter them as they tackled the challenge with smiles on their faces and made great progress within the lesson.

The more advanced swimmers worked with Mr Mac, refining their stroke by ensuring both their arms and legs were moving as they are supposed to during breaststroke and that their body positions were accurate. 

Tara took another group of children and developed their breathing techniques when swimming breaststroke as they developed their confidence with the stroke.

Chloe took the final group of children who are not as confident in the water and was developing their confidence in using front crawl before ensuring they were comfortable with floating.

Another great week was had by all the children and we are really proud of the progress they are making.
