Crucial Crew
Y6 Enjoyed at trip to Crucial Crew, where they learned about different laws, safety in the home and community, emergency services, being a responsible citizen, on-line safety, road saftey and travelling on public transport. They also took part in a court room scenario with a real judge!
Crucial Crew is an interactive, engaging, but also fun, personal safety educational provision managed by South Yorkshire Police, but delivered in collaboration with South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue and South Yorkshire Safer Roads Partnership. The children all know that they are all at the age of criminal responsibility now, so this learning was essential to ensure that they continue to be respectful and safe, law-abiding citizens.
