Y6 have enjoyed using their map-reading skills to locate all the different states in America and learnt how to read 6-figure grid references too.

The Y6 pupils have been working hard this week to improve, edit and work towards publishing their own narratives, inspired from the class text: 'Pig Heart Boy' by Malorie Blackman. It has encouraged a few of them to start writing their own stories at home too! How wonderful!
