Hey there! The Spring term has finally come to a close, and I must say, it has been quite an eventful term for us. Year 5 has been busy exploring the Moon, climbing mountains, and diving deep into the history of England. Today, we had a little celebration to acknowledge our fantastic attendance record, which has earned us the privilege of a non-uniform day and games afternoon (split due to scheduling) and a craft afternoon.
We cannot stress enough the importance of good attendance, as even a single missed day can set us back in our learning. I must say that our students have done an excellent job, and 5D have achieved a 100% attendance rate this week, as of writing this. They have been actively learning and exploring new concepts and even made some soup while sharing their ideas for improvement, these are the experiences that last. We understand that illnesses happen, but we want to give a big round of applause to those who have consistently shown up day after day, week after week. Keep up the good work!
